I recently brought my vehicle to Midas, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. If you’re looking for an honest, fair mechanic, look no further. After I found Jordan at Midas Plano 5 years ago, I never went to another mechanic. Everyone treats me so well, and Jordan is always quick to squeeze me in and get me taken care of. Pricing is fair and transparent, and Jordan takes the time to explain the situation to think over any big decisions. I can’t thank Jordan and the crew enough for 5 years of excellent service!

As a girl, I highly recommend this place. I’ve been to other places before and unfortunately felt taken advantage of, but that wasn’t the case here. Mr. Omar and his team made me feel comfortable and confident that I was being treated honestly. They offer fair pricing, take the time to explain your car’s condition, and don’t try to upsell unnecessary work. What I appreciated most is their honesty and willingness to help. They also stand behind their work. If something isn’t right, they take responsibility and make it right without hesitation. Their professionalism, integrity, and hardworking team really put me at ease. ( Girls, you’re in good hands here 😊!!! )

I had work done on my car that included front and rear struts, rear shocks, a coolant system flush, 4 wheel alignment, headlight restoration, and bulb replacement. Jordan and his crew did excellent work coupled with providing wonderful customer service. The team worked as a cohesive unit and it was obvious err'body not only enjoyed their jobs, they also were knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and honorable. Check, check, check and check! I was impressed and satisfied. So, going forward, Midas on W Parker Road in Plano, will definitely be the spot I take my car in for servicing. Jordan and his crew are the best!
